It is my pleasure to welcome you to the twenty second ordinary meeting of the one hundred and sixty-eighth session of the Queen's University of Belfast Literary and Scientific Society! For this our Annual Dufferin Speaker of the Year Debate the House convened to discuss the motion of "This House Would Introduce Supervised Injecting Centres For Drug Addicts".
