The twenty-third ordinary meeting of the one hundred and seventy-seventh session of the Queen's University of Belfast Literary and Scientific Society! The House convened to host the annual Dufferin Competition for Speaker of the Year, and to discuss the motion "This House, As God, Would Start Over".
