Good afternoon one and all! It is my pleasure to welcome you to to the fourth ordinary meeting of the one hundred and sixty-eighth session of the Queen's University of Belfast Literary and Scientific Society! For this third debate of this semester, the House convened to discuss in collaboration with Amnesty, the motion of "This House Believes European States Have A Moral Duty To Accept Refugees".
