Hello! Hello! And welcome to this! The twenty-second ordinary meeting of the one hundred and sixty-sixth session of the Queen's University of Belfast Literary and Scientific Society! On this particular occasion, the House convened to discuss the motion of "This House Would Legalise Prostitution". This was a very special debate indeed, for it was the Dufferin Competition for Speaker of the Year. The speakers were informed of the topic for the debate a mere ten minutes before the meeting began!
